Prior to obtaining your salesperson real estate license in Arizona, ADRE requires each student to attend a 6 hour introduction to contract writing class. THIS IS THAT CLASS. Licensees, this class may be taken in order to meet renewal CEU requirements. We cover the most used real estate forms, agency, listings, buyer broker, purchase agreement, lease agreement, counter offers and addendum’s. For an additional fee you can purchase the Arizona forms book including 28 of the most commonly used forms.
